Website Hosting
Go IT Services offers dedicated and semi-dedicated hosting services on infrastructure protected by Cisco PIX hardware firewall technology. We apply security and other critical platform updates nightly and use a customized local security policy on the server to limit the surface attack area. We guarantee 100% uptime, with a 4-hour hardware replacement guarantee. We substantiate our guarantee by offering a credit equal to 10% of the monthly charge for each incident of downtime, up to the total monthly charge. Our backup and archival options include daily backup with 7 day or 30 day retention, or weekly backup with 3 weeks or 12 weeks retention, or custom schedules as required.
Web Content Management
Go IT Services offers Web Content Management (WCM) systems for website implementation projects, such as community portals, intranets, and public websites. These WCM systems enable end-users to create and manage HTML content using a Word-like content editing environment. Content, metadata, and other artifacts are maintained in a database. Content is displayed to visitors based on a set of templates. Content can be maintained and delivered in multiple languages.
Administration of the Web Content Management systems provided by Go IT Services is performed through browser-based interfaces, which includes granular security control and workflow for reviewing, approving, and publishing changes. The security features also include an audit trail of changes, spam protection (CAPTCHA), HTML and LDAP authentication, and pluggable authentication.
Our Web Content Management systems can integrate with SharePoint and include built-in applications for integrating blogs, discussions, documents and images, events calendar, FAQ management , graphs and charts, polls, search engine, and site map.
